If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 business days at nanibdesigns@icloud.com or call us at 515-326-5521 so we may address the issue. We can not make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!We know things don't always work out, especially in the world of online shopping. We try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods may be returned for store credit. Merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of being shipped out to you. We are unable to do exchanges as we can not guarantee stock. **Basics and Accessories are final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If items are returned after the 10 day period, they will also be shipped back at your cost.Please mail returns to 16996 T Ave. Woodward, Iowa 50276. Make sure your order number is included. You can ship the package back the most economical method possible, make sure to get a tracking number for your package as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Within 3 business days of receipt of your product we will email you with your store credit information. Then you will be free to get your shopping on! If package is returned to sender (us) for invalid address you will be charged to get it reshipped so please make sure your address is correct!
